1. Disclaimer
AxiPivot (the "Application", the "Service") is a web application at axipivot.com that provides analytical tools for working with a cryptocurrency portfolio: indicator signals, rotation and rebalancing calculations, portfolio and on-chain wallet tracking, notifications, a risk calculator and AI-assisted coin analysis. All information is provided for informational purposes only.
- The Application is not investment advice, individual investment counsel, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell cryptocurrencies or any other financial instruments, and is not a broker, exchange, custodian or portfolio manager. This is NFA (not financial advice).
- Trading cryptocurrencies involves a high risk of total loss of funds, and leveraged trading can lose more than the amount deposited. Past performance and any models, scores or signals do not guarantee future results.
- All decisions to buy, sell, hold, or rebalance assets are made by the User independently, at their own risk. The Application, its author, and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, data loss, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
- Data on prices, volumes, funding rates, open interest, on-chain balances, news and other market information comes from third-party sources (CoinGecko, CoinGlass, on-chain data providers and others) and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or delays, or be temporarily unavailable. The Application does not guarantee their completeness, timeliness, or accuracy, and does not verify third-party data.
- Part of the market data is provided through the CoinGecko API, which is the property of CoinGecko. CoinGecko bears no responsibility for the Application, for any use of this data or for the User's financial decisions and their outcomes. Responsibility for offering the data in the Application and for the warnings about its nature, accuracy and limits, including the volatility and risks of crypto markets, lies with the Application alone. The data may be used only within the Application: copying, reselling or redistributing it is not permitted.
- AI features (coin analysis, classification, chat) are based on probabilistic models and may produce erroneous or misleading results. Use of such outputs is at the user's own discretion. They work with text only: the Application does not generate, edit or analyse images or video of people and does not produce sexual or intimate content, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Calculators (including the risk and leverage calculator) show arithmetic based on the numbers you enter. They do not account for exchange fees, funding, slippage or an exchange's own margin and liquidation rules, and are not a guarantee of any outcome.
- Wallet tracking is read-only: the Application reads public balances of addresses the User adds and never asks for and never stores private keys or seed phrases. Never enter a seed phrase anywhere in the Application — no employee will ever request it.
- The User confirms that they are of legal age (18+), that the use of cryptocurrencies is not prohibited by the laws of their jurisdiction, and that they are not subject to sanctions that would prohibit using the Service.
2. Terms of Service
By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with even one point, please discontinue use.
2.1. Account
- An account is created with an e-mail address or via Google sign-in; disposable (temporary) e-mail addresses are not accepted. The Service uses no passwords: sign-in is confirmed by a one-time code sent to that e-mail address. A Telegram account may optionally be linked to receive notifications.
- One person — one account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain discounts, trials or affiliate commissions repeatedly is prohibited.
- The User is responsible for the security of their e-mail and linked accounts, and for all activity performed through their account. Because sign-in is confirmed by e-mail, access to that mailbox is access to the account.
- Two-factor authentication is optional. When it is on, the Service asks for a code from the User's authenticator app at every sign-in and issues ten single-use recovery codes, shown once. If both the app and the codes are lost, access to the account cannot be restored — not by support and not by the Service: there is no way left to tell the owner from anyone else. Any remaining paid period and affiliate balance are forfeited in that case.
- The User may delete their account at any time in the settings. Access ends immediately and the content of the account — portfolios, trades, wallets, templates and request history — is erased at once. Deletion is final: it cannot be undone and the data cannot be restored. Records the Service is required or entitled to keep survive it: payment records, amounts owed under the affiliate program, and the fact that the e-mail has already used a plan and a trial. Any remaining paid period, trial, one-time discounts and affiliate balance are forfeited without compensation.
2.2. Plans and payment
- The Service offers a free Freemium plan, a limited-time Trial and a paid Pro plan. Feature sets and limits of each plan are shown on the pricing page and may change.
- The Trial is granted once per account and e-mail address. No more than five trials are granted from one network address within 30 days; if this refuses you by mistake, write to support.
- Pro is sold as a one-time prepayment for a fixed period (monthly or annual) in cryptocurrency. Payments are processed by the external provider NOWPayments; the Application does not receive or store card or wallet credentials.
- There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge: access ends when the paid period expires unless a new payment is made.
- Prices are set in US dollars. The payment provider's fee is paid by the User: it is added to the price on the payment page, and the amount of cryptocurrency shown there is fixed for a limited time. Fees charged by the User's wallet or exchange and transfers sent on a different network are the User's responsibility.
- If less than the amount due arrives, the invoice stays unpaid, nothing is activated and the amount received is not credited toward another invoice. At the User's request to support it is returned to the address it came from, less network fees; the excess of an overpayment is returned the same way. An amount that does not cover the network fee cannot be returned.
- Access is activated after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Delays on the blockchain or on the provider's side are not a failure of the Service.
- Payments are non-refundable, as separately confirmed by the User at checkout, since access to the digital service is granted immediately and in full. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the User's jurisdiction, where they apply, are not affected.
- A promo code may be used once per account. The referral discount is a flat $10 for each month of the first purchase, on the monthly plan only, and does not stack with a promo code — the larger discount is applied.
- A payment buys a fixed number of months chosen at checkout — up to five on the monthly plan — and that time is added to the period already paid for. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge: nothing is ever taken again unless the User starts a new payment. A subscription cannot be extended more than two years ahead.
- The AI budget of Pro is counted in tokens and is granted for each calendar month while Pro is active — on the monthly and the annual plan alike, whatever period was paid for. Unused budget does not carry over to the next month.
- While Pro is active, additional AI tokens can be bought as a separate one-time payment (a top-up). Top-ups are sold without discounts or promo codes. Purchased tokens are spent after the plan's AI budget, do not expire while the account exists, remain available after the paid plan ends and are lost when the account is deleted. No more than 3,600,000 purchased tokens can be held at a time; the plan's monthly AI budget does not count toward this limit. Top-ups are non-refundable on the same terms as plan payments.
- Taxes, duties and bank or exchange fees related to the User's own payment are the User's responsibility.
- When a trial or a paid period ends, the account returns to Freemium. Data above the Freemium limits is frozen, not deleted: it stays listed in the account, but frozen portfolios cannot be opened, and frozen data is not synchronised, does not send notifications and is not included in snapshots. The two base portfolios created with the account (Default and Rotation) always stay active, cannot be deleted and count towards the limit. Of the rest, the User chooses once what stays active within the plan limits; that choice cannot be changed afterwards, and only a new payment, which unfreezes everything, lifts it. Snapshot history of frozen portfolios older than six months may be removed as derived data that can be recalculated.
2.3. Affiliate program
Participation in the partner program is voluntary and governed by the separate AxiPivot Partner Program Terms accepted in the partner dashboard. Applications are reviewed manually and may be rejected or suspended without stating a reason; commissions become available for payout after an anti-fraud hold, and abusive acquisition (self-referral, fake accounts, spam, misleading advertising) voids them.
2.4. Provision of Service
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranties — express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, data accuracy, continuous availability, or absence of errors. Maintenance windows, third-party API outages, provider or hosting failures, blockchain and network incidents, and force-majeure events do not constitute a breach of these terms and do not give rise to compensation or an extension of the paid period, save where an outage caused by the Service itself lasts an unreasonably long time — in which case, at our sole discretion, we may extend the paid period.
2.5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Application, its author and its operators to the User for any claims related to use of the service is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the service over the last 12 months, and is zero (0) US dollars where nothing was paid. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, decisions taken on the basis of signals, scores, AI output or calculator results, for third-party data errors, or for the actions of exchanges, wallets and payment providers.
2.6. User Obligations
- not to use the service for illegal activity, including circumventing sanctions;
- not to attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass restrictions or plan limits, perform reverse engineering, scrape or automate access, spam requests, or exploit vulnerabilities;
- not to resell, share or sublicense access to the account, and not to redistribute the Application's data or output as a product of their own;
- not to represent the Application's output as financial advice to third parties;
- to keep access to the e-mail address, Google account and Telegram account used for login and notifications secure.
A violation may lead to restriction, suspension or termination of access without a refund.
2.7. Modification and Termination of Service
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify functionality, plan limits and prices, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Application (in whole or for individual users), and to change these terms of use. Price changes do not affect a period already paid for. The terms are accepted once, at the first sign-in; registered users learn about later changes in the Application, together with a short summary of what changed, and are not asked to accept them again. Continued use of the Application after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. A User who does not agree with them may stop using the Application and delete the account in the settings.
2.8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Application, its code, design, algorithms, scoring methodology and content belong to the rights holder. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal non-commercial use.
Personal use includes sharing individual screenshots or values from the Application with others, for example in your own social media, as long as AxiPivot stays visible or is named as the source. It does not include systematic republication of signals, indicator readings, AXiV values, rotations or AI analyses (in channels, groups, bots or feeds), selling or giving access to them, or using them in your own products and services. The exception is the materials the Partner Program Terms allow partners to show.
2.9. AxiPivot API
Subscribers of paid Pro (the trial excluded) may create API keys on the AxiPivot API page and receive AXiV data through the API: volatility index values, their place in the coin's own history, the ratio to bitcoin and daily history. The API does not provide third-party market data (prices, market capitalisation, volumes).
Data received through the API is licensed for personal non-commercial use under §2.8: in the User's own bots, spreadsheets, scripts and research. Where others see AXiV data, the source is credited as "AXiV by AxiPivot" with a link to axipivot.com. Commercial use — in products or services for third parties, in paid content or media, or by a company or fund — needs a separate written agreement with us: write to support@axipivot.com. In all cases:
- keys are not shared with third parties, and access is not resold;
- the API data is not redistributed as a data feed or dataset;
- the request limits stated in the API documentation are observed.
We may change the API, its limits and the data it returns, suspend it, and, if these terms are broken, suspend API access or revoke keys. The API is provided under §2.4 and §2.5.
2.10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes out of court through negotiations via the contact e-mail provided, within 30 days of a written claim. These relations are governed by the law of the country of permanent residence of the rights holder; where applicable law requires otherwise, its mandatory provisions apply. If any provision of this document is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1. What Data We Collect
- Account data: e-mail address and, for Google sign-in, the basic profile data Google passes on (identifier, e-mail, name and profile picture — see §3.8); a Telegram identifier if you link the bot for notifications; if two-factor authentication is on, the authentication provider stores the factor itself and we store only one-way hashes of your recovery codes — never the codes and never the authenticator secret;
- Service content: your portfolios, positions and trades, watchlists, tags and presets, the public wallet addresses you add, settings, recommendation history, notification templates and AI request usage counters; AXiV API keys — only a one-way hash of each key, its name and first characters — and the count of API requests for the current minute and day;
- Billing data: the invoices you create, plan, amount, currency, payment status and the transaction identifier from the payment provider, the promo or referral discount applied, plus the timestamp and IP of your no-refund consent. We do not receive or store card numbers or your wallet's private keys;
- Affiliate data (partners only): the application form you submit (description, channel links, Telegram and e-mail contacts), referral codes, attributed referrals, commissions and the payout wallet address you provide;
- Launch notification (only if you leave your e-mail on the home page before the launch): the e-mail address, the language of the page and when the address was left and confirmed;
- Technical data: service logs, request and operation timestamps, errors, IP address and rate-limit counters — used for security, anti-fraud and diagnostics; when you start a trial, a one-way hash of your network address and of a random marker stored in your browser — to limit repeated trials.
3.2. Why We Use It
- to provide functionality (calculations, notifications, rebalancing, AI analysis);
- to save your settings across sessions and devices;
- to process payments, apply discounts and confirm access to the paid plan;
- to run the affiliate program and check it for abuse;
- with your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, to send the launch notification: an e-mail to confirm the address and one e-mail on launch day, with a discount code for early subscribers;
- to diagnose errors, protect the service and improve it;
- to send service messages related to your account, payments or the terms.
3.3. Where Data Is Stored and Who It Is Shared With
Data is stored in a managed cloud database (Supabase) and processed on the hosting and edge infrastructure used by the Service (Vercel and Cloudflare); Vercel also counts visits for anonymous statistics (see 3.6). Payments are processed by NOWPayments; market and on-chain data is loaded from providers such as CoinGecko, CoinGlass and on-chain data services; the e-mail the Service sends — sign-in codes, notifications, the launch notification and replies to support requests — is delivered by Resend; Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sign-in form and the launch notification form are filled in by a person; notifications may also be delivered through Telegram. AI features send the request content to the model provider (Anthropic): the coin data, your question, and — for follow-up questions about a coin — your holding in that coin, so that the answer fits your position. Nothing else from your account is sent there. We do not sell and do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Disclosure is possible only: (a) with your explicit consent; (b) as required by law; (c) to infrastructure and payment providers — to the extent necessary for the service to function.
3.4. Retention Period
Data is stored for as long as you use the service. Deleting the account ends access and erases its contents at the same moment, permanently: we keep no copy in case you change your mind. Only what has a reason survives it: records we are legally required to keep, payment records above all; amounts owed to you and to the partner who referred you under the affiliate program, so that a deletion does not erase what we owe; the fact that this e-mail has already had a plan and a trial, without which deleting and signing up again would be a way to take the trial a second time; and anonymised aggregates that cannot identify you. These records hold no personal data — an internal id, amounts and dates. The hashes of the network address and the browser marker recorded when a trial starts are deleted after 30 days. An address left for the launch notification is deleted once the launch e-mail has been sent; an unconfirmed one, 7 days after the last confirmation link. You can remove your address earlier at any time with the link in the confirmation e-mail.
3.5. Your Rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, export, or deletion by writing to support@axipivot.com. Where applicable data protection legislation applies (e.g., GDPR), you may contact the relevant supervisory authority.
3.6. Cookies and Local Storage
The Application sets no cookies. Data is kept in your browser's localStorage and falls into two categories:
- Strictly necessary — the sign-in session, interface language, appearance, sidebar state and the cache of already loaded requests. Without them the service you asked for does not work, so they are stored without separate consent.
- Optional — partner attribution: the referral code from an invitation link, stored for up to 90 days so the partner who invited you is credited and your discount is applied. It is stored only with your consent, which you give in the banner on your first visit and may withdraw at any time in Settings → Account.
Visits are counted for anonymous statistics with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifiers. For each page view it records the page address without its parameters, the site you came from, the country and region worked out from the network address, and the type of device, operating system and browser. Visitors are told apart by a hash of the request, which is discarded after 24 hours; the network address itself is not stored. We see only totals — how many people come, from where and to which pages — and cannot tell who a particular visitor is. No advertising trackers are used.
3.7. Children
The Service is not intended for persons under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it will be deleted.
3.8. Google User Data
This section applies when you sign in to AxiPivot with your Google account. It describes how the Service handles the data it receives from Google (“Google user data”).
- Data accessed. AxiPivot asks Google only for the basic sign-in permissions: openid, email and profile. Google passes us your Google account identifier, your e-mail address and whether it is verified, your name and a link to your profile picture. We get no access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google service, and we never see your Google password.
- Data usage. The identifier and e-mail address are used only to create your AxiPivot account, sign you in and send you service messages about your account, payments or these terms; a one-way hash of the e-mail address is also used to prevent repeated free trials and to credit the partner who referred you (§2.2). Your name and profile picture are not used by the Service. Google user data is never used for advertising, profiling or training AI models.
- Data sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data and do not share it with anyone for their own purposes. It is processed only by the providers that run the Service on our behalf, and only as far as needed for that: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting and network) and Resend (delivery of e-mails to your address). It may also be disclosed when the law requires it.
- Data storage and protection. Google user data is stored with your account in our managed database (Supabase). It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest; database access rules let each user read only their own data, and administrative access is limited to the operators of the Service.
- Retention and deletion. Google user data is kept while your account exists. Deleting the account in Settings → Account erases it together with the account; only the one-way hash of the e-mail address described above is kept (§3.4), and the address cannot be recovered from it. You can also revoke AxiPivot’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or ask us to delete your data at support@axipivot.com.
- Limited Use. AxiPivot’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and protect the sign-in and account features described above. It is never sold, never used or transferred for advertising or to decide credit-worthiness or lending, and never used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.
